The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is reuqired for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 8, in the stretch of land from Km. 58.245 to Km. 89.020 and km. 103.410 to km. 105.750 (Bewar-Baghana) in District of Ajmer, in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acqurie such land.
