का. आ. 333(अ). मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति ने श्री पी. के. मलहोत्रा को विधायी विभाग में सचिव के प्रभार के अलावा सदस्य , प्रतिभूति अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण ( सैट ) के पद का अतिरिक्त प्रभार7-12-2012 से तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक , जो भी पहले हो , सौंपने संबंधी प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदित ( कार्योत्तर ) कर दिया है ।

The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved (ex- post facto) the proposal for the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Member, SecuritiesAppellate Tribunal ( SAT) to Shri P. K. Malhotra in addition to his charge as Secretary , Legislative Department for a period of three months w.e.f. 7-12-2012 or until further orders , whichever is earlier.
