"( ix) जहां कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आयोजित की जाती है वहां उम्मीदवार को खंड ( i ) में उल्लिखित शुल्क के अतिरिक्त प्रति पेपर 2000 रु. की राशि देनी होगी । "
( ii) नियम 62 में , उप - नियम ( 1 ) में खंड ( घ ) में उप-खण्ड IV के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित खंडांतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:- 20
" ( V) कंप्यूटर पर ऑनलाइन परीक्षाओं 2000 रु. प्रति पेपर । " के लिए उप - खंड ( i ) में निर्धारित शुल्क के अतिरिक्त ।
[फा. सं. एवी. 11012/5/2012- ए ] डॉ. प्रभात कुमार , संयुक्त सचिव सा.का.नि. 71 (अ).-कतिपय नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप जिसमें केन्द्रीय सरकार, वायुयान अधिनियम , 1934 ( 1934 का 22) के खंड -5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वायुयान नियमावली, 1937 में और संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव करती है , जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 की अपेक्षानुसार ऐसे व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए, जिनके उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , प्रकाशित किया जाता है और एतद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियों को सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध कराए जाने की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के पश्चात् उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जाएगा ।
आक्षेप या सुझाव, यदि कोई हो , तो उसे महानिदेशक नागर विमानन , सफदरजंग हवाईअड्डा के सामने , नई दिल्ली-110003 को भेजें ।
टिप्पणः-मूल नियम तारीख 23 मार्च , 1937 की अधिसूचना सं. वी.- 26 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और सा.का.नि. सं. 487 ( अ ) , द्वारा तारीख 21 जून , 2012 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में संशोधित किए गए थे ।

उक्त अवधि के समाप्त होने से पूर्व उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त आक्षेप या सुझाव पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

प्रारूप नियम
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वायुयान ( संशोधित ) नियमावली , 2013है ।
( ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. वायुयान नियमावली, 1937 में,
GS.R. 71 (E ) . The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules , 1937, which the Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 5 ofthe Aircraft Act, 1934 ( 22 of 1934), ishereby published as required by Section 14 of the said Act, for information or all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after a period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India, in (i ) नियम 48 में, उप- नियम ( 1 ) में खंड ( viii ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:

which this notification is published , are made available to thepublic;
Objections or suggestions , if any, may be addressed to the Director- General of Civil Aviation , Opposite SafdarjungAirport, New Delhi- 110003;
Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Central Government .
DRAFT RULES
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Aircraft (Amendment) Rules, 2013 .
( 2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette .
2. IntheAircraft Rules , 1937 ,-
(i) in rule 48 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , after clause ( viii) , the following clause shall be inserted , namely :-
[PART II-SEC . 3 (i ) ]
"(ix) Where the exmination is conducted on line through computer, in addition to the fee mentioned in clause (i) , an amount of Rs . 2000 per paper shall be payable by the candidate ." .
(ii) In rule 62, in sub - rule ( 1 ) , in clause (D), after sub- clause (iv) the following sub- clause shall be inserted, namely :-
"(v) for computer based online Rs . 2000 per Paper." . examinations in addition to feeprescribed in sub - clause ( i) .

Note. The principal rules were published in the Gazette ofIndia, vide notification number V- 26 , dated the 23rd March , 1937 and last amended by vide G.S.R. 487 (E) , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) dated 21st June , 2012 .
