फा. सं. 4/15015/30/2011 .-खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (प्रयोगशाला और नमूना विश्लेषण ) विनियम , 2011 का और संशोधन करने के लिए कतिपय प्ररूप विनियम खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 ( 2006 का 34 ) की धारा 40 और धारा 43 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( थ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग III , खंड 4 के पृष्ठ 1 से 2 में भारत सरकार के भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक प्राधिकरण की अधिसूचना फा. संख्या 4/15015/30/2011 तारीख 29 दिसम्बर , 2011 में प्रकाशित किया गया था जिसमें उन सभी व्यक्तियों से जिनकी उससे प्रभवित होने की संभावना थी , से उस तारीख से जिसको राजपत्र की प्रतियां जिसमें उक्त अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी , से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति तक आक्षेप और सुझाव मांगे गए थे ;
और उक्त भारत के राजपत्र की प्रतियां 2 जनवरी , 2012 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थीं;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जनता से प्राप्त आक्षेप और सुझावों पर विचार कर लिया गया है;
अतः अब भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा मानक प्राधिकरण , खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 34 ) की धारा 40 और धारा 43 के साथ पठित धारा 92 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( थ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ( प्रयोगशाला और नमूना विश्लेषण ) विनियम, 2011 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण ( प्रयोगशाला और नमूना विश्लेषण ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2013 है ।
होंगे । (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण ( प्रयोगशाला और नमूना विश्लेषण ) विनियम, 2011 के विनियम 2.2 में ,-
जाएगा । (क) उप - विनियम 2.2.2 में, खंड ( 2 ) का लोप किया

टिप्पण.-मूल विनियम भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. फा. सं. 2-15015 /30/ 2010 तारीख 1 अगस्त, 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।
FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF INDIA NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th February, 2013
F. No. 4 / 15015/30/2011.- Whereas certain draft regulation further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Laboratory and Sample Analysis ) Regulations , 2011 were published in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( q ) ofsub- section (2) of Section 92 read with Section 40 and 43 ofFood Safety and Standards Act , 2006 (34 of 2006 ) in the notification ofGovernment of India in the Food Safety and StandardsAuthority of India File No. 4/15015/30/2011 dated the 29th December , 2011 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III , Section 4 at pages 1 to 2, inviting objections or suggestion from the persons likely to be affected thereby, till the expiry ofa period of ten days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published were made available to the public;
And whereas the copies of the said Gazette of India were made available to the public on the 2nd January, 2012;

And whereas the objections and suggestions received from the public have been considered by the Central Government ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( q) of sub- section (2) of Section 92 read with Section 40 and 43 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of2006) , the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Food Safety and Standards (Laboratory and Sample Analysis) Regulations, 2011 .
REGULATIONS
1. Short title and commencement ,-
( 1) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards (Laboratory and Sample Analysis ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2013 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Inthe Food Safety and Standards ( Laboratory and Sample Analysis) Regulations , 2011 , in regulation 2.2,-
( a) in sub -regulation 2.2.2, the clause (2) shall be omitted.
