नई दिल्ली, 8 फरवरी , 2013 सं. 34( आरई. - 2012 ) /2009-2014 विषयः-मालदीव को स्टोन एग्रीगेट का निर्यात ।
का.आ. 344(अ).-समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित , विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 54( आरई -2010 )/2009-2014 , दिनांक 07-06-2011 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है:-
2.दिनांक 07-06-2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 54( आरई-2010)/ 2009-2014 के द्वारा वर्ष 2011-12 , 2012-13 और 2013-14 के लिए मालदीव को स्टोन एग्रीगेट की विनिर्दिष्ट मात्रा के निर्यात की अनुमति दी गई थी । उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के मद्दे स्टोन एग्रीगेट के निर्यात पर तत्काल प्रभाव से अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी गई है ।
3. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव :
दिनांक 07-06-2011 की अधिसूचना के द्वारा अनुमत मालदीव गणराज्य को स्टोन एग्रीगेट के निर्यात पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगाई जाती है ।

Subject :-Export of Stone Aggregate to Maldives
S.O. 344 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , as amended from time totime, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No. 54 ( RE- 2010)/2009-2014 , dated 07-06-2011 with immediate effect .
2.Notification No. 54( RE- 2010)/2009-2014, dated 07-06-2011 had permitted export of specified quantities of StoneAggregates to Maldives for the years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 . With immediate effect, export of Stone Aggregates against the above notification is stopped till further notice .
2. Effect of this notification :
Export of Stone Aggregates to the Republic of Maldivespermitted vide notification dated 07-06-2011 is stopped till further notice .
