Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 2684(E), dated the 26th October, 2009, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
