सा.का.नि. 76(अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) के उप-खंड ( i ) के अनुपालन में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (3 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों की संख्या को एतद्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, जिन्हें दिनांक 1-4-2013 से 31-3-2015 तक की अवधि के लिए जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) में दिए गए हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व किए जाने के लिए नियुक्त किया जाना है :

GS.R. 76 (E ) .-In pursuance of sub - clause ( i) of clause ( c) ofSub - section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (3) ofthe Table below to be appointed to represent the interests mentioned in column (2 ) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust w.e.f. 1-4-2013 to 31-3-2015.
