का.आ. 366( अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन चैम्बर ऑफ कामर्स, हापुड़ द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुम्बई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को रेपसीड/सरसों में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में 1 मार्च , 2013 से 28 फरवरी , 2018 तक ( दोनों दिन शामिल हैं ) अगले पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

New Delhi, the 14th February, 2013
S.O. 366(E ) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai , the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Chamber of Commerce , Hapur and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal to the said Exchange for afurther period of five years from 1st March, 2013 to 28th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/Muster Seed.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
