का. आ. 367( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2010 का 19 ) की धारा 6 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) और ( 3 ) तथा धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री रमेश चन्द्र त्रिवेदी, आर- ब्लॉक , 50 - ई , दिलशाद गार्डन, दिल्ली-110095 को दिनांक 6 फरवरी , 2013 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक , इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो , राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण के विशेषज्ञ सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th February, 2013
S.O. 367 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 6 and Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 ( 19 of 2010) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ramesh Chandra Trivedi , R-Block, 50-E, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110095 , as the Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from 6th February, 2013 for a period of five years or tillhe attains the age of sixty - five years , whichever, is earlier .
