01.17.43 और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अन्तर्गत अपेक्षाएं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाएं पूरी हैं और इसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत उपर्युक्त क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास, प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण हेतु 16 मई , 2012 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया गया है ;

अब , अतः , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा उपर्युक्त स्थान पर निम्नलिखित तालिका में दी गई सर्वे संख्याओं में उल्लिखित निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है , अर्थात्:---

और , अतः केन्द्र सरकार विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा एक समिति का गठन करती है जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 के प्रयोजनों हेतु उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा जिसके अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य निम्नलिखित होंगे , अर्थात् :---
Technology Parks - Kerala, an autonomous society wholly owned by the State Government of Kerala , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of2005 ) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information technology and information technology enabled services at Villages Pallippuram & Veiloor , District Thiruvananthapuram in the State of Kerala ;

And whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section (8 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub - section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation and maintenance of the above sector specific Special Economic Zone on 16th May, 2012;

और , अतः विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 13 फरवरी , 2013 के 13वें दिन , को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिससे उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

And, therefore, the Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of Section 14 of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely : ---
-Chairperson ex-officio 1. Development Commissioner ofthe Special Economic Zone
-Member, ex-officio 2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India

And, therefore , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , hereby appoints the 13th day of February, 2013 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
