The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 8, in the stretch of land from Km. 89.020 to Km. 103.410 and km. 105.750 to km. 147.750 (Beawar-Baghana) in the District of Rajsamand in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
