का.आ. 372(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ ) के पहले परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1784( अ ) , तारीख 7 अगस्त , 2012 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, ' अधिकारी का नाम , पदनाम और पता ' से संबंधित स्तंभ ( 2 ) के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 3 के सामने की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी :-
" श्री लाकपा टी. शेरपा ,
कार्यपालक निदेशक ( कार्मिक और प्रशासन ) , भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्र , संयंत्र भवन,
भिलाई-490001
राज्य- छत्तीसगढ़ " ।

MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th February , 2013
S.O. 372(E) . In pursuance of clause ( iii) ofthe first proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel , number S. O. 1784 (E) , dated the 7th August, 2012 , namely :-
Inthe said Notification, in the Table , against serial number 3 , for the entries under column (2 ) relatingto Name , designation and address of the officer, the following entries shall be substituted , namely :
" Shri Lakpa T. Sherpa ,
Executive Director (Personnel and Administration ) , Bhilai Steel Plant , Sanyantra Bhawan , Bhilai-490001,
State Chhattisgarh" .
