NOTIFICATION
नई दिल्ली, 15 फरवरी , 2013
New Delhi , the 15th February, 2013 का.आ. 386(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3173 ( अ ) , तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 2009 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग 11 , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
S.O. 386 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 3173 (E) , dated the 10th December , 2009 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , namely:-
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, जिला " मेरठ " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, तालुक " मेरठ " के सामने , कॉलम (5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 11 ) हॉजीपुर " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 12 ) जुर्रानपुर " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।
Inthe Schedule ,to the said notification , against serial number 1 relating to District " Meerut " , against taluk "Meerut", in column (5) , after the entry " ( 11 ) Hazipur " , the entry"( 12) Jurranpur " , shall be inserted.
