का.आ. 405 (अ). केंद्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 482 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की , सारणी में, " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अधीन , क्रम संख्यांक 14 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NewDelhi, the 15th February, 2013
S.O. 405 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) ofsub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ), the Central Government hereby further amends the notification ofthe Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning ( Department of Health ) number S.O. 482 (E) , dated, the 6thAugust, 1974, namely:-
Inthe said notification , in the Table , under the heading, " Elected under clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 " , for serial number 14 and the entries relating therto, the following shall be substituted, namely:---
