का.आ. 406 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् में प्रत्येक राज्य से स्थानों की संख्या का निम्नानुसार अवधारण करती है , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred bysub - section (1 ) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973) read with the First Schedule to the saidAct, the Central Government hereby determines the number of seats from each State in the Central Council ofHomoeopathy as follows , namely:-
