का.आ. 407 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्याक का.आ. 482 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त , 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की , सारणी में, " राज्यों/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों से धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अधीन , स्तम्भ ( 1 ) , स्तम्भ ( 2 ) और स्तम्भ (3 ) में क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th February, 2013
S.O. 407 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 ofthe Homoeopathy Central Council Act , 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning ( Department of Health ) number S.O. 482 (E) , dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:--
Inthe said notification , in the Table , under the heading " Elected under clause (a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 from the States/Union territories " , against serial number 1 , in columns ( 1 ) , (2) and (3 ) for the entries , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
