का.आ. 411(अ) . कोयला खान भविष्य निधि स्कीम , 1948 के पैरा 4 के साथ पठित कोयला खान भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण प्रावधान अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 46 ) की धारा 3 ए की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित कोयला मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2596( अ) , दिनांक 13 अक्तूबर , 2009 के क्रम में केन्द्रीय सरकार कोयला खान भविष्य निधि संगठन के न्यासी बोर्ड के कार्यकाल को आगामी एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन होने तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , बढ़ाती है ।

MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th February, 2013
S.O. 411 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948) , read with paragraph 4 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme , 1948 and in continuation to the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Coal , number S. O. 2596 ( E) , dated 13th October, 2009 published inPart II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) ofthe Gazette of India, the Central Government hereby extends the term of the Board of Trustees of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization for a further period of one year or till the Board is reconstituted , whichever is earlier.
