का.आ. 414(अ).—जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ;निर्वाचनद्ध नियम, 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अध्निियम, 1970 ;1970 का 48द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के खंड ;खद्ध के अनुसरण में, केरल यूनीवसटी ऑपफ हेल्थ साइंसेज, त्रिाशूर-680 596 ;केरलद्ध की आयुर्वेद और सि( चिकित्सा प(ति के एक-एक सदस्य को क्रमशः आयुर्वेद और सि( संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया हैऋ
अतएव, उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार अब भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्राालय की तारीख 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259;अद्ध में निम्नांकित और संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना की तालिका में, ''धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के खंड ;खद्ध के अध्ीन निर्वाचित'' शीर्षक के अध्ीन, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—
चिकित्सा प(ति संकाय में सदस्यता की वैध् अवध्ि सदस्य का विवरण ;1द्ध
;2द्ध
;3द्ध

आयुर्वेद 18 दिसम्बर, 2012 से पांच वर्ष की अवध् िहेतु, अथवा जब तक उनका उत्तराध्किारी विध्वित निर्वाचित नहीं होता है, अथवा जब तक उनकी केरल यूनीवसटी ऑपफ हेल्थ साइंसेज, त्रिाशूर-680596 ;केरलद्ध की आयुर्वेद संकाय की सदस्यता समाप्त नहीं हो जाती है ।

S.O. 414(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975, one member each from Ayurveda and Siddha Systems of Medicine of Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur-680 596 (Kerala) has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda and Siddha faculty respectively;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, number S.O. 3259(E), dated the 21st August, 1971, namely :—
In the said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3", in the Table, against the following University and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—
