का.आ. 429(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अध्निियम, 1948 ;1948 का 63द्ध की धरा 2 के खण्ड ;ढद्ध के पहले परंतुक के खंड ;iiiद्ध के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना सं. का.आ. 1580;अद्ध, तारीख 13 जुलाई, 2012 को, उन बातों के सिवाए अध्क्रिांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, श्री अतुल श्रीवास्तव, कार्यपालक निदेशक ;कामक और प्रशासनद्ध, दुर्गापुर स्टील प्लांट, दुर्गापुर-713204 की नियुक्ति को दुर्गापुर स्टील प्लांट के बाहरी कार्य क्षेत्रा कारखानों/ यूनिटों के कार्यों का प्रबंध् करने के लिए जिसके ब्यौरे नीचे सारणी में दिए गए हैं, उक्त अध्निियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए फ्अध्ष्ठिाताय् समझा जाएगा ।

S.O. 429(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1580 (E), dated the 13th July, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Atul Srivastava, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration), Durgapur Steel Plant, Durgapur-713204 to manage the affairs of the factories/units outside work areas of Durgapur Steel Plant of which details are given in the Table below, who shall be deemed to be the 'Occupier' for the purposes of the said Act.
