सं. एन-10/3/2013- पीपीसी. प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अधिनियम , 1990 ( 1990 का 25 ) की धारा 33 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( घ ) के साथ पठित धारा 9 और धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) ( कनिष्ठ अभियांत्रिकी ) पद सेवा विनियम , 2002 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए , जहां तक तकनीशियन के पद का संबंध है , इस अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गए या छोड़े गए कार्यों के अतिरिक्त , प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) केंद्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( i ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) तकनीशियन भर्ती विनियम , 2013 है ।
( ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद संख्या , पे बैंड और ग्रेड पे या वेतनमान, उक्त पद की संख्या , इनका पे बैंड और ग्रेड पे या वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन विनियमों की संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्तीकीपद्धति,आयुसीमा,अर्हताएंआदि-(i)उक्तपदपरभर्तीकीपद्धति,आयुसीमा,अर्हताएंऔरउनसेसंबंधितअन्यबातेंवे होंगीजोउक्तअनुसूचीकेकालम5से12मेंविनिर्दिष्टहैं।
5.निरर्हताःवहव्यक्ति-
(ii) तकनीशियनसंवर्गकीरिक्तियांप्रसारभारतीभर्तीबोर्डकेपरामर्शसेप्रसारभारतीद्वाराभरीजाएंगी।
4.वरिष्ठता–इनविनियमोंकेअंतर्गतभर्तीहोनेवालेतकनीशियनकीपारस्परिकवरिष्ठताकार्मिकएवंप्रशिक्षणविभागद्वारासमय-समय परजारीसामान्यअनुदेशोंकेअनुसारहोगी।
6. नैमित्तिककर्मियोंकेलिएआयुमेंछूट:आकाशवाणीऔरदूरदर्शनकेस्टेशनोंयाकेंद्रोंमेंकार्यरतनैमित्तिककर्मियोंकोतकनीशियन केरूपमेंउनकीनैमित्तिकआधारपरकीगईसेवाअवधितकसीधीभर्तीमेंआयुसीमामेंछूटदीजाएगी।
