सं. एन.- 10/4/2013-पीपीसी. प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अधिनियम , 1990 ( 1990 का 25 ) की धारा 33 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( घ ) के साथ पठित धारा 9 और धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक और संबद्ध पद ) सेवा विनियम , 2002 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए , जहां तक प्रधान लिपिक/सहायक के पद का संबंध है, इस अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गए या छोड़े गए कार्यों के अतिरिक्त , प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( i ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) प्रधान लिपिक/सहायक भर्ती विनियम , 2013 है ।
( ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

No.N-10/4/2013-PPC.Inexerciseofthepowersconferredbysection9andsub-section(5)ofsection11readwith clause(d)ofsub-section(2)ofsection33ofthePrasarBharati(BroadcastingCorporationofIndia)Act,1990(25of1990) andinsupersessionofthePrasarBharati(BroadcastingCorporationofIndia)(JuniorAdministrativeandAlliedposts) ServiceRegulations,2002,insofarasitrelatestothepostofHeadClerk/Assistant,exceptasrespectsthingsdoneor omittedtobedonebeforesuchsupersession,thePrasarBharati(BroadcastingCorporationofIndia),withtheprior approvaloftheCentralGovernment,herebymakesthefollowingregulations,namely:-

ProvidedthattheCorporationmay,ifsatisfiedthatsuchmarriageispermissibleunderthepersonallawapplicable tosuchpersonandtheotherpartytothemarriage,andthattherearegroundsforsodoing,exemptanypersonfromthe operationofthisregulation.
7.Powertorelax-WheretheCorporationisoftheopinionthatitisnecessaryorexpedientsotodo,itmay,byorder,for reasonstoberecordedinwriting,andinconsultationwiththePrasarBharatiRecruitmentBoard,andwiththeprior approvalofCentralGovernment,relaxanyoftheprovisionsoftheseregulationswithrespecttoanyclassorcategoryof persons.
8.SavingNothingintheseregulationsshallaffectreservations,relaxationofagelimitandotherconcessionsrequired tobeprovidedforpersonsbelongingtotheScheduledCastes,theScheduledTribes,ex-servicemenandotherspecial categoriesofpersons,inaccordancewiththeordersissuedbytheGovernmentfromtimetotimeinthisregard.
