का.आ. 458;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1952 ;1952 का 74द्ध की धरा 5 के अध्ीन राजकोट कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लि., राजकोट द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाशार आयोग, मुम्बई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधन हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को अरंडबीज में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध् में 1 अप्रैल, 2013 से 31 मार्च, 2018 तक ;दोनों दिन शामिल हैंद्ध अगले पांच वर्ष की अवध् िके लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाशार आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

S.O. 458(E).—The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, Mumbai, the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 6 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by Rajkot Commodity Exchange Ltd., Rajkot and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal to the said Exchange for a further period of five years from 1st April 2013 to 31 March, 2018 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Castorseed.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
