आयकर
का.आ. 460(अ). आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 118 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड एदत्द्वारा निदेश देता है कि निम्नलिखित अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित आयकर प्राधिकारी उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित आयकर प्राधिकारी के अधीनस्थ होंगे ।

Income-Tax
S.O. 460 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 118 of the Income- taxAct, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby directs that the income-tax authority specified in column (3) ofthe Schedule below shall be subordinate to the income- tax authority specified in column (2) of the said Schedule .
