का.आ. 462(अ).आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 120 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि निम्नलिखित अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में महानिदेशक उल्लिखित आयकर महानिदेशक ( प्रणाली ) जिसका मुख्यालय उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 3 ) में संगत प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित स्थान पर है , उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 4 ) में संगत प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित आयकर आयुक्त के क्षेत्राधिकार के संबंध में ऐसे मामलों या मामलों के वर्गों के संबंध में शक्तियों का प्रयोग और कार्य का निष्पादन करेगा ।

specified in colomn (2 ) of the Schedule below , having his headquarters at the place specified in the corresponding entries in column(3 ) of the said Schedule , shall exercise the powers and perform the functions in respect of such cases or classes of cases , in respect of which the Commissioner of Income - tax specified in the corresponding entries in column (4) of the said Schedule has jurisdiction vested in him.
