सं. टीएएमपी/6/2013-केपीटी.—इस प्राध्किरण ने कांडला पत्तन के टूना पर बहुउद्देशीय शुष्क कार्गो प्रहस्तन हेतु ;कंटेनर और तरल कार्गो को छोड़करद्ध निर्माण, प्रचालन और हस्तांतरण ;बीओटीद्ध के आधर पर, बार्ज सुविधएँ विकसित करने के लिए अग्रिम प्रशुल्क निर्धरण करने के लिए कांडला पत्तन न्यास प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंध्ति मामला सं. टीएएमपी/6/2013-केपीटी पर दिनांक 22 पफरवरी, 2013 को एक आदेश पारित किया था । इस आदेश को भारत का राजपत्रा, असाधरण के भाग III खंड 4 में राजपत्रा संख्या 150 के माध्यम से 20 मई, 2013 को अध्सिूचित किया गया था ।
2. उपरोक्त उल्लेखित आदेश के हदी रूपांतर के प्रथम पृष्ठ में राजपत्रा प्रतिलिपि के अध्सिूचना भाग के संख्या के मुद्रण में भूल हुई है । अध्सिूचना भाग की संख्या को टीएएमपी/6/2012-केपीटी के बदले में टीएएमपी/2013-केपीटी पढ़ा जाए ।

No. TAMP/6/2013-KPT.—This Authority had passed an Order on 22nd February, 2013 in Case No. TAMP/ 6/2013-KPT relating a proposal from the Kandla Port Trust for fixation of up front tariff for development of barge handling facilities at Tuna, Kandla Port for handling multipurpose dry cargo (excluding container and liquid cargo) on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. This Order was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part III, Section 4 on 20th May, 2013 vide Gazette No.150.
2. A printing mistake has been observed in the mention of the case number in the first page of the Hindi version of the Gazette copy of the above mentioned order. The Case Number below the Notification part may be read as TAMP/6/2013-KPT instead of TAMP/6/2012-KPT.
