2. चेन्नै पोट(cid:17) शःट कम(cid:17)चार(cid:19) (सवार(cid:19) अिमम का अनुदान) %विनयम, 1994 म/ िनKनिलOखत संशोधन बनाया जाएगा :—
(i) उपरो6त %विनयम 4 के उप-%विनयम (1) के खQड (i) म/ िनKन ूकार से ूितःथा%पत (cid:10)कया जाएगा :-
(i) मोटर कार क= खर(cid:19)दार(cid:19) के िलए अिमम के ःवीकृ ित हेतु शःट के सभी अिधकार(cid:19) Oजनका मूल वेतन ूित माह I. 20,600 तथा उससे अिधक हो, पाऽ हJगे ।
(ii) %विनयम 4 के उप-%विनयम (1) के खQड (iii) व (v) को िनकाला जाएगा ।
(iii) %विनयम 4 के उप-%विनयम (2) म/ खQड (i) म/ आंकड़े तथा शTदJ म/ I. 4600 के बदले म/ आंकड़े तथा शTदJ म/ I. 10,100 ूितःथा%पत (cid:10)कया जाएगा ।
(iv) %विनयम 4 के उप-%विनयम (2) के खQड (ii) म/ आंकड़े तथा शTदJ म/ I. 30,000 के बदले म/ I. 50,000 ूितःथा%पत (cid:10)कया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November, 2013
G.S.R. 729(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Chennai Port Trust Employees' (Grant of Conveyance Advance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Chennai further to amend the Chennai Port Trust Employees' (Grant of conveyance advance) Regulations, 1994 and are set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
2. The said Amendment Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE
CHENNAI PORT TRUST EMPLOYEES' (GRANT OF CONVEYANCE ADVANCE) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Trustees of the Port of Chennai hereby makes the following Amendment Regulations further to amend the Chennai Port Trust Employees' (Grant of Conveyance Advance) Regulations, 1994 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:—(i) These Regulations may be called the Chennai Port Trust Employees' (Grant of Conveyance Advance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(ii) The amendment Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Chennai Port Trust Employees' (Grant of Conveyance Advance) Regulations, 1994, the following amendments shall be made :—
(i) In regulations 4, in sub-regulation (1), clause (i) shall be substituted as under.-
"(i) All the Trust's Officers whose Basic Pay is Rs. 20,600 per month and above are eligible for the grant of Motor Car Advance for the purchase of Motor Car"
(ii) In regulation 4, in sub-regulation (1), clauses (iii) and (v) shall be deleted.
(iii) In regulation 4, in sub-regulation (2), in clause (i), the words and figures "Rs. 4,600" shall be substituted by words and figures "Rs. 10,100".
(iv) In regulation 4, in sub-regulation (2), in clauses (ii), the words and figures "Rs 30,000" shall be substituted by words and figures "Rs. 50,000"
(v) In regulation 4, in sub-regulation (2), in clauses (iii), the words and figures "Rs. 24,000" shall be substituted by words and figures "Rs. 40,000".
(vi) In regulation 4, in sub-regulation (2), clause (v) shall be deleted.
(vii) In regulation 5, in sub-regulation (2), the words and figures "Rs. 1,500" shall be substituted by the words and figures "Rs. 2,000".
