का.आ. 3444(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अध्निियम, 2010 ;2010 का 19द्ध की धरा 7 के साथ पठित धरा 6 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध और उप-धरा ;3द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, न्यायमूत श्री उमेश दत्तात्राय सालवी, बम्बई उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाध्ीश को दिनांक 14 पफरवरी, 2013 से पांच वर्ष की अवध्ि या उनके द्वारा सड़सठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो, राष्ट्रीय हरित अध्किरण के न्यायिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 3444(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 6 and read with Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010(19 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice Umesh Dattatraya Salvi, Judge of Bombay High Court, as the Judicial Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from the 14th February, 2013 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty- seven years, whichever is earlier.
