The Central Govt, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend Allahabad Bank Officer Employees (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, These regulations may be called Allahabad Bank Officer Employees (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

सं. प्रशासन/5/04076.— बैंकग कंपनी ;उपक्रमों का अध्ग्रिहण एवं अंतरणद्ध अध्निियम, 1970 ;1970 का 5द्ध की धरा 19, जो धरा 12 की उप-धरा ;2द्ध के साथ पठित है, के अध्ीन प्रत्यायोजित अध्किारों के प्रयोग में इलाहाबाद बैंक का निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिशर्व बैंक के साथ परामर्श के बाद एवं केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी के साथ इलाहाबाद बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद गैर सरकारी प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृतिद्ध विनियमन, 2000 में आगे संशोध्न करने के लिए एतद्‌्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियमन बनाता है, यथा :-

1. ;1द्ध ये विनियमन इलाहाबाद बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृृत्ति के बाद गैर सरकारी प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृतिद्ध ;संशोध्नद्ध विनियमन, 2013 कहे जाएंगे ।

;2द्ध ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्रा में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभाव में आएंगे ।

2. इलाहाबाद बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृृत्ति के बाद गैर सरकारी प्रतिष्ठानों में नौकरियों की स्वीकृतिद्ध विनियमन, 2000 के विनियम 4 के उप-विनियम ;1द्ध में, शब्दों ''दो वर्ष'' के लिए शब्दों ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

Kolkata, the 6th November, 2013

No. Admn/5/04076.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19, read with Sub-section (2) of Section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of Allahabad Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend Allahabad Bank Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, namely:—

1. (1) These regulations may be called Allahabad Bank Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In regulation 4 of Allahabad Bank Officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, in Sub-regulation (1), for the words ''two years", the words ''one year" shall be substituted.
