The Central Govt. hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, These regulations may be called Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

सं. 51.—प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अध्निियम, 1976 ;1976 का 21द्ध की धरा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए वंगीय ग्रामीण विकाश बैंक का निर्देशक मंडल यूनाइटेड बैंक ऑपफ इण्डिया जो कि प्रायोजक बैंक और राष्ट्रीय कृृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक से परामर्श करके और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, एतद्‌्‌द्वारा वंगीय ग्रामीण विकाश बैंक ;अध्किारी एवं कर्मचारीद्ध सेवा विनियमावली, 2010 को संशोध्ति करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामतः-

1. ;1द्ध इन विनियमावलियों को वंगीय ग्रामीण विकाश बैंक सेवा ;संशोध्नद्ध विनियमावली, 2013 कहा जाएगा ।

;iद्ध निदेशक मंडल, जहां अध्यक्ष सक्षम प्राध्किारी हैऋ

;iiद्ध अध्यक्ष, जहां महाप्रबंध्क सक्षम प्राध्किारी हैऋ और

;iiiद्ध महाप्रबंध्क, जहां सक्षम प्राध्किारी का निर्णय विनियम 2 के उप-विनियम ;1द्ध के खंड ;छद्ध के उप-खंड ;iiiद्ध के अंतर्गत निदेशक मंडल द्वारा किया जाता है ।

2. वंगीय ग्रामीण विकाश बैंक ;अध्किारी एवं कर्मचारीद्ध सेवा विनियमावली, 2010 ;जिसे इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त विनियमावली कहा जाएगाद्ध के विनियिम 2 में खंड ;छद्ध के लिए उप-विनियम ;1द्ध में निम्नलिखित खंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-

;छद्ध 'सक्षम प्राध्किारी' से तात्पर्य है

;iद्ध स्केल-III, IV और V के अध्किारी के संबंध् में अध्यक्ष

;iiद्ध स्केल-I और II के संबंध् में महाप्रबंध्कऋ और West Bengal, the 12th August, 2013No. 51.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 30 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Board of Directors of Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank after consultation with United Bank of India being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, namely :— ;iiiद्ध समूह 'ख' कार्यालय सहायक ;बहुउद्‌्‌देशीयद्ध और समूह 'ग' कार्यालय परिचारक ;बहुउद्‌्‌देशीयद्ध जैसे कर्मचारियों के संबंध् में निदेशक मंडल द्‌्‌वारा यथानिर्धारित अध्किारी जो स्केल IV के स्तर से कम न हो । 4774 GI/2013 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] 1. (1) These regulations may be called Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Group 'C' Office Attendant (Multipurpose) as decided by the Board." (2) They shall come into force on the date

of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In regulation 2 of the Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) in sub- regulation (1), for clause (g), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—

(g) "Competent Authority" means :—

"(i) the Chairman in respect of Officers Scale-III,

IV and V;

(ii) the General Manager in respect of Officer

Scale-I and II; and

(iii) an officer not below the rank of Scale-IV in respect of employees relating to Group 'B' 3. In regulation 50 of the said regulations, for clause (i) and (ii), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely :—

"(i) the Board, where the Chairman is Competent

Authority;

(ii) the Chairman, where the General Manger is

Competent Authority; and

(iii) The General Manager, where the Competent Authority is decided by the Board under sub-clause (iii) of clause (g) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2."
