सं. टीएएमपी/12/2010-एसडब्ल्यूपीएल.—महापत्तन न्यास अध्निियम, 1963 ;1963 का 38द्ध की धरा 48 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राध्किरण, एतद्द्वारा, मुर्गाव पत्तन न्यास में बर्थ सं. 5ए और 6ए स्थित बहुउद्देशीय बल्क कार्गो टमनल के लिए साउथ वैस्ट पोर्ट लिमिटेड के इसके दरमान की वैध्ता इसके साथ संलग्न आदेशानुसार विस्तारित करता है ।

यह प्रकरण मुर्गाव पत्तन न्यास में बर्थ सं. 5ए और 6ए स्थित बहुउद्देशीय बल्क कार्गो टमनल केे लिए साउथ वैस्ट पोर्ट लिमिटेड ;एसडब्ल्यूपीएलद्ध के प्रचलित दरमान की वैध्ता के विस्तार से संबंध्ति है ।
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] जांच पड़ताल की जा रही है । प्रस्ताव पर संयुक्त सुनवाई तय की जा रही है । इसको देखते हुए, इस प्राध्किरण के विचारार्थ इस प्रकरण को परिपक्व होने में कुछ समय लगेगा ।4. एसडब्ल्यूपीएल के प्रचलित दरमान की विस्तारित वैध्ता 30 सितंबर 2013 को समाप्त हो गई है । अपेक्षित कार्रवाई/विचारार्थ प्रकरण को परिपक्व होने में लगने वाले समय को स्वीकार करते हुए यह प्राध्किरण एसडब्ल्यूपीएल के प्रचलित दरमान की वैध्ता को इसके समाप्त होने की तिथि से 31 दिसंबर 2013 तक अथवा संशोध्ति दरमान के क्रियान्वयन की प्रभावी तिथि तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो विस्तार प्रदान करता है ।
5. इसकी निष्पादनता की समीक्षा के दौरान, 1 अप्रैल 2013 के बाद की अवध् िके लिए, स्वीकार्य लागत और अनुमेय प्रतिलाभ से अध्कि यदि कोई अतिरिक्त अध्शिेष उभरता है, तो ऐसा अध्शिेष निर्धरित किये जाने वाले प्रशुल्क में पूरा-पूरा समायोजित किया जाएगा ।

TARIFF AUTHORITY FOR MAJOR PORTS
NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 12th November, 2013
No. TAMP/12/2010-SWPL.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby extends the validity of its Scale of Rates of South West Port Limited for multipurpose bulk cargo terminal at berth nos. 5A and 6A in the Mormugao Port Trust as in the Order appended hereto.

(Passed on this 29th day of October, 2013)
This relates to extension of the validity of the existing Scale of Rates (SOR) of South West Port Limited (SWPL) for the multipurpose bulk cargo terminal at berth nos. 5A and 6A in the Mormugao Port Trust.
2. The existing SOR for the said multipurpose cargo terminal was last approved by this Authority vide Order No. TAMP/12/2010-SWPL, dated 3 November 2010 and the validity of the SOR was prescribed till 31 March 2013. Subsequently, this Authority vide its Order dated 14 June 2013 extended the validity of the existing SOR till 30 September 2013.
3. The proposal filed by the SWPL vide its letters dated 30 April 2013 and 17 May 2013 is registered as tariff case on 22 May 2013 and is taken on consultation. The proposal is being scrutinised for seeking additional information/ clarification. Joint hearing on the proposal is to be fixed. In view of that it will take time for case to mature for consideration of this Authority.
4. The extended validity of the existing SOR of SWPL expired on 30 September 2013. Recognising the time required for the case to mature for consideration, this Authority extends the validity of the exising SOR of the SWPL from the date of its expiry till 31 December 2013 or till the effective date of implementation of the revised Scale of Rates, whichever is earlier.
