नई दिल्ली, 22 नवम्बर, 2013 का.आ. 3474(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अध्निियम, 1956 ;1956 का 48द्ध की धरा 3 के खण्ड ;कद्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 662;अद्ध, तारीख 29 मार्च, 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध में तारीख 29 मार्च, 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्‌्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्‌्‌ :—

उक्त अध्सिूचना की अनुसूची में,—

;कद्ध जिला फ्उस्मानाबादय् से संबंध्ति क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, तालुक फ्2. वाशीय् के सामने कॉलम ;7द्ध में, प्रविष्टि फ्;11द्ध रामकुंडीय् हटा दी जाएगी और तालुक फ्भुमय् के सामने कॉलम ;7द्ध में, प्रविष्टि फ्;3द्धगिरवलीय् के पश्चात्‌्‌ प्रविष्टि फ्;4द्ध रामकुंडय् अंतःस्थापित की जाएगीऋ

S.O. 3474(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O. 662(E), dated the 29th March, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated 29th March, 2012, namely :—

In the schedule to the said notification,—

;खद्ध जिला फ्जालनाय् से संबंध्ति क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने, कॉलम ;2द्ध के नीचे सक्षम प्राध्किारी फ्उप जिला अध्किारी भुसंपादन, ;इ.व.दद्ध जालनाय् के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि फ्उप जिला अध्किारी भूसंपादन, ;ल.सि.का.द्ध जालनाय् प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी । [पफा. सं. भाराराप्रा/पीआईयू/एयूआर/रारा-211/एलए/2013] (a) Against serial number 1 relating to District Osmanabad, Taluka "(2)Washi", under column (7), the entry "(11) Ramkund" shall be deleted and against Taluka "(3) Bhum" under column (7), after the entry "(3) Girwali", the entry "(4) Ramkund" shall be inserted. माया प्रकाश, उप-सचिव 4969 GI/2013 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3 (ii)] Foot Note :—The principal notification was published vide No. S.O. 662(E), dated the 29th March, 2012,

      thority  "Dy.  Collector,  Land  Acquisition
      (B&T),  Jalna",  The  Competent  Authority                       in  the  Gazette  of    India,  Extraordinary,
      "Dy.  Collector,  Land Acquisition  (M.I.W)                      Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
      Jalna", shall be substituted.                                    29th March, 2012.
