नई दिल्ली, 18 नवम्बर, 2013
सं. 8/8/2007-पीएल.—इस मंत्राालय के दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2011, 21 नवम्बर, 2012, 10 मई, 2013, 30 सितम्बर, 2013, 23 अक्तूबर, 2013 और 30 अक्तूबर, 2013 के समसंख्यक संकल्प को जारी रखते हुए, 'अखिल भारतीय विद्युतकरघा बोर्ड' में गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से नियुक्त किया जाता है :—
1. श्री बोडापाती बाबू राव,
मकान नं. 11-97-6, पोस्ट कांचीकचेर्ला, जिला कृष्णा-521180, आंध््र प्रदेश
2. श्री नागारेड््डी बी. पाटिल,
आवास-पोस्ट-करडल, तालुक-चित्तपुर, जिला-गुलबर्ग, कर्नाटक
2. उपर्युक्त सदस्यों का कार्यकाल बोर्ड के कार्यकाल के
सहपर्यंत अर्थात्् दिनांक 22-12-2011 से दो वर्ष तक होगा ।
3. बोर्ड बेहतर उत्पादकता, कार्यक्षमता बढ़ाने और कामगारों के कल्याण आदि की प्राप्ति के लिए किए जाने वाले उपायों सहित विद्युतकरघा क्षेत्रा के विकास से संबंध्ति मामलों पर सरकार को परामर्श देता है ।

No. 8/8/2007-PL.—In continuation of this Ministry's Resolutions of even number dated 22nd December, 2011, 21st November, 2012, 10th May, 2013, 30th September, 2013, 23rd October, 2013 and 30th October, 2013, the following persons have been appointed as Non-Official Members of the 'All India Powerloom Board' with immediate effect :—
1. Shri Bodapati Babu Rao,
H.No. 11-97-6, Kanchikacherla Post, Krishna District-521180, Andhra Pradesh
2. Shri Nagareddy B. Patil,
R/o-Post-Karadal, Tq-Chittapur, District-Gulbarga, Karnataka
2. The term of the office of the above members will be concurrent with the term of the Board, i.e., two years from 22-12-2011.
3. The Board advises the Government on matters concerning the development of powerloom sector including measures to be taken to achieve better productivity, increase efficiency and welfare of workers, etc.
4. This issues with the approval of the Hon'ble Minister of Textiles.
