being the officers of the Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port Trust, equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officers of the Government of India to be Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of their jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in the entry in column 2 of the said table
