New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013
S.O. 3542(E).—In pursuance of clause 20A of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture. (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1421( E), dated the 22nd June, 2012, namely :—
In the said notification, the word and letters "to be manufactured by M/s. Paradeep Phosphate Limited" shall be omitted.

- द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Oए उर्वरक (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1985 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्निलिखत आदेश करती है, अर्थात् :— 1. (1) इस आदेश का नाम उर्वरक (िनयंत्रण) चौथा संशोधन आदेश, 2013 है । (2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा । 2. उर्वरक (नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1985 के ख(cid:17)ड 32क के उप-ख(cid:17)ड (2) में निम्नलिखित परंतुक को अन्त:स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :— ‘’परन्तु अपील प्राधिकारी तीस दिन की उक्त अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात्् किसी अपील पर विचार कर सके गा यदि उसका समाधान हो जाता है कि उस अवधि के भीतर उसे फाइल न करने का पर्याप्त कारण था ।” । [फा. सं. 2-3/2013- उर्वरक विधि] नरेन्(cid:4) भूषण, संयुक्त सिचव टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पणणणण :::: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र सा.का.िन. संख्यांक 758(अ), तारीख 25 िसतंबर, 1985 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और उसका अंितम संशोधन का.आ. संख्यांक 2475(अ), तारीख 16 अगस्त, 2013 द्वारा किया गया । ORDER New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013 S.O. 3541(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act,1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, namely :— 1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 2013. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, in clause 32A, in sub-clause (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :— “Provided that the Appellate Authority may entertain an appeal after the expiry of said period of thirty days if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within that period.”.
