2. आईटीसी ;एचएसद्ध 2012, अनुसूची 1 ;आयात नीतिद्ध के अध्याय 8 के निम्नलिखित एचएस कोड के तहत काजू गिरी के प्रति किलोग्राम न्यूनतम लागत बीमा और भाड़ा ;सीआईएपफद्ध मूल्य निम्नानुसार निर्धरित किए जाते हैं :-

इस अध्सिूचना का प्रभाव :

काजू गिरी ;टूटी हुईद्ध और काजू गिरी ;साबुतद्ध के आयात के लिए न्यूनतम मूल्य क्रमशः रु. 288 और रु. 400 निर्धरित किया गया है ।

S.O. 3576(E).—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Chapter 8 of ITC (HS) 2012, Schedule 1 (Import Policy):

2. The minimum CIF value of Cashew Kernels under the following HS Codes of Chapter 8 of ITC (HS) 2012, Schedule 1 (Import Policy) per Kilogram is fixed as under:

Effect of this Notification:

The minimum price for import of Cashew Kernel (brokens) and Cashew Kernel (wholes) is fixed to Rs. 288 per Kg.

and Rs. 400 per Kg. respectively.
