NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013.
S.O.3578 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely : -
In the Second Schedule, to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, under the heading "WEST BENGAL", against serial number 29E relating to West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata, for the entries in columns 3 and 4, against the entry "Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery" in column (2), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note: In respect of Purulia Homoeopathy Medical College, Purulia, only the degrees awarded through the said college from 7th day of April, 2011 to December, 2011 shall be considered as recognized medical qualification in lines of sub-section (4) of section 19 of the said Act.
