विषय :— वित्तीय स्थिरता और विकास परिषद के संघटन में
संशोध्न के बारे में
Subject : Amendment in the composition of Financial
Stability and Development Council (FSDC)-
regarding
एपफ. सं. 18/14/2013-एपफएसडीसी.—केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्राालय, आथक कार्य विभाग की दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2010 की अध्सिूचना एपफ. सं. 14/33/2010- ईएम में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में पैरा 2ख में निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा
जाएगा, अर्थात्् :—
फ्;viiiद्ध अध्यक्ष, वायदा बाजार आयोग ;एपफएमसीद्धय्
डॉ. सी. एस. महापात्राा, सलाहकार ;एपफएसद्ध
पाद टिप्पणी : मूल अध्सिूचना दिनांक 30-12-2010 की एपफ सं. 14/33/2010-ईएम द््वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसके बाद 6 अगस्त, 2013 की एपफ. सं. 18/14/ 2013-एपफएसडीसी द््वारा इसमें संशोध्न किया गया ।
F. No. 18/14/2013-FSDC.— The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, F. No. 14/33/2010-EM dated 30th December, 2010, namely :—
In the said notification, the following shall be inserted
in para 2b, namely :—
"(viii) Chairman, Forward Markets Commission (FMC)"
