का. आ. 3592(अ).—विध्वििरु( क्रियाकलाप ;निवारणद्ध अध्निियम, 1967 ;1967 का 37द्ध, की धरा 5 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, यह निर्धरित करने के लिए कि क्या मणिपुर के मैतई उग्रवादी संगठनों अर्थात् पीपल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी ;पी एल एद्ध, द रिवोल्यूशनरी पीपल्स ंट ;आर पी एपफद्ध, द यूनाइटेड नेशनल लिबरेशन ंट ;यू एन एल एपफद्ध और इसकी सशस्त्रा विंग द मणिपुर पीपल्स आर्मी ;एम पी एद्ध, द पीपल्स रिवोल्यूशनरी पार्टी ऑपफ कांगलीपाक ;पी आर ई पी ए केद्ध और इसकी सशस्त्रा विंग द रेड आर्मी, द कांगलीपाक कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ;के सी पीद्ध और इसकी भी सशस्त्रा विंग रेड आर्मी, द कांगली याओल काम्बा लुप ;के वाई के एलद्ध, मणिपुर पीपल्स लिबरेशन ंट ;एम पी एल एपफद्ध और कॉर्डिनेशन कमेटी [कॉरकॉम ;घाटी आधरित छः भूमिगत संगठनों का समूहद्ध] को इनके सभी गुटों, विंगों और प्रमुख संगठनों सहित विध्वििरु( संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण विद्यमान हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्द्वारा, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाध्ीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री राजीव शकध्र की अध्यक्षता में एक फ्विध्वििरु( क्रियाकलाप ;निवारणद्ध अध्किरणय् का गठन करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2013
S.O. 3592(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes "The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal" consisting of Hon'ble Justice Shri Rajiv Shakdher, Judge of Delhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Meitei Extremist Organizations of Manipur, viz. the Peoples' Liberation Army (PLA), the Revolutionary Peoples' Front (RPF), the United National Liberation Front (UNLF) and its armed wing the Manipur Peoples' Army (MPA), the Peoples' Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) and its armed wing the Red Army, the Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) and its armed wing also Red Army, the Kanglei Yaol Kanba Lup (KYKL), the Manipur Peoples' Liberation Front (MPLF) and Coordination Committee [CorCom (conglomerate of six valley based UG outfits)] along with all their factions, wings and front organizations as 'Unlawful Associations'.
