सा.का.नि. 765;अद्ध.—भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्राालय ;आर्थिक कार्य विभागद्ध की अध्सिूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 103;अद्ध, तारीख 18 पफरवरी, 2011 जो भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iद्ध में प्रकाशित की गई थी, के अंत में टिप्पण से पूर्ण निम्नलिखित पढ़ें, अर्थात्ः-
''स्पष्टीकारक टिप्पण.— भारतीय आथक सेवा ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2011 पदों के काडर पुनवलोकन के मद्दे 6 जनवरी, 2011 से प्रवृत्त हो गए हैं । यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि ऐसे भूतलक्षी प्रभाव देने से किसी के हितों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं होगा ।'' ।

G.S.R. 765(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) number G.S.R. 103 (E), dated the 18th February, 2011 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i), at the end, before the note, read the following, namely:—
"Explanatory Note:—The Indian Economic Service (Amendment) Rules, 2011 comes into force from the 6th January, 2011 due to cadre review of posts. It is certified that the interest of no one would be affected adversely by giving such retrospective effect.".
