का.आ. 3596359635963596((((अअअअ))))....———— यत: के न्(cid:17)ीय सरकार को लोकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि गुजरात राज्य में पाइपलाइन 200mm एनडी गैस पाइपलाइन जीजीएस-II से जीजीएस-II जंक्शन प्वाइंट तक खिनज तेल के परिवहन के लिए एक पाइप लाइन ओएनजीसी लिमिटेड अंकले.र द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिए ।

और के न्(cid:17)ीय सरकार को उस पाइपलाइन िबछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उस भूमि में, िजसके भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से उपाब9 अनुसूची में व:णत है, उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन किया जाए ।

अत: अब के न्(cid:17)ीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Cए, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।

कोई भी Fक्ति जो उक्त अनुसूची में व:णत भूमि में हितब9 है , उस तारीख से, िजसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र में यथाप्रकाशित अधिसूचना की प्रतियां साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, भूिम के भीतर पाइपलाइन बिछाने के अधिकार के अर्जन के िलए सक्षम प्राधिकारी, ऑयल एंड नेचुरल गैस कारपोरेशन िलिमटेड, शेड संख्या-32, ओएनजीसी परिसर, अंकले.र परिसम्पत्ति, अंकले.र-393010 (गुजरात) को लिखित रूप से आक्षेप भेज सके गा ।

और ऐसा आक्षेप करने वाला हर Fक्ति विनिNदष्टत यह भी कथन करेगा कि क्या वह चाहता है कि उसकी सुनवाई Fक्तिगत Pप से हो या किसी विधि Qयवसायी के द्वारा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 5th September, 2013

S.O. 3596(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transport of petroleum from 200mm ND Gas Pipeline from GGS-II to GGS-II Junction Point Pipeline project in Gujarat State 200mmND Gas Pipeline from GGS-III to GGS-II Junction Point should be laid by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

And whereas, it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline it is necessary to acquire that Right of User in the land described in the schedule annexed hereto.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act. 1962 (50 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.

Provided that any person interested in the said land may within 21 days from the date of this notification, object to the laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Shed No. 32, ONGC CAMPUS, ANKLESHWAR ASSET, ANKLESHWAR-390010 (GUJARAT).

And every person making such objection shall also state specifically whether he wishes to be heard in person or by legal practitioner.
