1. (1) येDविनयम पंजाब ए(cid:8)ड िसंध ब(cid:13)क (कम?चारC) प+शन (संशोधन) Dविनयमन, 2013 कहे जाय+गे।
(2) सरकारC राजपऽ म+ इनके ूकाशन क7 ितिथ सेहC यह ूभाब म+ आयेंगे ।
2. पंजाब ए(cid:8)ड िसंध ब(cid:13)क (कम?चारC) पेंशन अिधिनयम, 1995 के अिधिनयम 50 के उप-अिधिनयम (1) के तहत फ्दो वष?य् शब्द के एवज म+ फ्एक वष? य् िलया जाये।
(3) पंजाब ए(cid:8)ड िसंध ब(cid:13)क(कम?चारC) पेAशन अिधिनयम, 1995 के अिधिनयम 50 के उप-अिधिनयम (6) के तहत फ्दो वष?य् के एवज म+ फ्एक वष?य् िलया जाये।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th November, 2013
No. PSB/PEN/AMEND/1/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Punjab and Sind Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Punjab & Sind Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, namely :— 1. (1) These regulations may be called Punjab & Sind Bank (Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 50 of the Punjab & Sind Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995 for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
3. In regulation 50 of the Punjab & Sind Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, in sub-regulation (6), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
