The Central Govt declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the lands specified in the Schedule appended to this notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of crude oil to the storage terminal at Padur in Udpui Taluk from Booster near Thokur railway station on Konkan railway in Mangalore in Dakshina Kannada District, to Padur in Udupi Taluk and District, in the State of Karnataka, should be laid by Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited (ISPRL).
