सप्तगिरि ग्रामीण बैंक ;प्रधन कार्यालयः चित्तूरद्ध अध्सिूचना चित्तूर, 26 जून, 2013
प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अध्निियम, 1976 ;1976 का 21द्ध की धरा 30 द्वारा प्रदान शक्तियों का सप्तगिरि ग्रामीण बैंक प्रयोग इंडियन बैंक करते हुए का निदेशक मंडल जो कि प्रायोजक बैंक और राष्ट्रीय कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास बैंक से परामर्श करके और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, एतद्द्वारा, सप्तगिरि ग्रामीण बैंक ;अध्किारी एवं कर्मचारीद्ध सेवा विनियमावली, 2010 को संशोध्ति करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामतः :—
1. ;1द्ध इन विनियमावलियों को सप्तगिरि ग्रामीण बैंक सेवा ;संशोध्नद्ध विनियमावली, 2013 कहा जाएगा । ;2द्ध वे सरकारी राजपत्रा में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. सप्तगिरि ग्रामीण बैंक ;अध्किारी एवं कर्मचारीद्ध सेवा विनियमावली ;विनियमावली के प्रकाशन का वर्षद्ध ;जिसे इसके पश्चात्् उक्त विनियमावली कहा जाएगाद्ध के विनियम 2 में खंड ;छद्ध के लिए उप विनियम ;1द्ध में निम्नलिखित खंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतःः—
;छद्ध सक्षम प्राध्किारी से तात्पर्य हैः ;iद्ध स्केल-III, IV और V के अध्किारी के संबंध् में अध्यक्षऋ ;iiद्ध स्केल-I और II के संबंध् में महाप्रबंध्क, और ;iiiद्ध समूह 'ख' कार्यालय सहायक ;बहुद्देशीयद्ध और समूह 'ग' कार्यालय परिचारक ;बहुद्देशीयद्ध जैसे कर्मचारियों के संबंध् में निदेशक मंडल द्वारा यथा निर्धरित अध्किारी जो स्केल-IV के स्तर से कम न हो ।
3. उक्त विनियमावली के लिए विनियम 50 में खंड ;iद्ध और ;iiद्ध के लिए निम्नलिखित खण्डों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :—
;iद्ध निदेशक मंडल, जहां अध्यक्ष सक्षम प्राध्किारी हैऋ ;iiद्ध अध्यक्ष, जहां महाप्रबंध्क सक्षम प्राध्किारी हैऋ और ;iiiद्ध महाप्रबंध्क, जहां सक्षम प्राध्किारी का निर्णय विनियम 2 के उप-विनियम ;1द्ध के खंड ;छद्ध के उप-खंड ;iiiद्ध के अंतर्गत निदेशक मंडल द्वारा किया जाता है ।

In exercise of powers conferred by section 30 of the Regional Rural Bank Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Board of Directors of Saptagiri Grameena Bank (Name of RRB) after consultation with INDIAN BANK (Name of Sponsor Bank) being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Saptagiri Grameena Bank (Name of RRB) (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010, namely :—
1. (1) These regulations may be called Saptagiri Grameena Bank (Name of RRB) Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In regulation 2 of the Saptagiri Grameena Bank (Name of RRB) (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013 (Year of the Publication of the regulations) (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) in sub-regulation (1), for clause (g), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—
(g) "Competent Authority" means :
"(i) the Chairman in respect of Officer Scale—III, IV and V ;
(ii) the General Manager in respect of Officer Scale-I and II; and
(iii) an Officer not below the rank of Scale-IV in respect of employees relating to Group 'B' Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Group 'C' Office Attendant (Multipurpose) as decided by the Board".
3. In regulation 50 of the said regulations, for clauses (i) and (ii), the following clauses shall be substituted, namely :—
" (i) the Board, where the Chairman is Competent Authority ;
(ii) the Chairman, where the General Manager is Competent Authority; and
(iii) the General Manager, where the Competent Authority is decided by the Board under sub-clause (iii) o Clause (g) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2.
