(2) ये राजप(cid:18) म(cid:15) उनके (cid:20)काशन कS तार&ख को (cid:20)वृ:त ह=गे।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामश(cid:6) से छू ट) (cid:23)व.नयम, 1958 कS अनुसूची-। म(cid:15) मद 23 और उससे संबं(cid:29)धत (cid:20)(cid:23)वि0टय= के Uथान पर .न'न(cid:4)लFखत मद और (cid:20)(cid:23)वि0टयां रखी जाएंगी; अथा(cid:6)त ् :—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2013.
G.S.R. 773(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely :—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Third Amendment Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule I to the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, for item 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 5"(23) Posts of Director Generals of, the Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi, the National Archives of India, New Delhi, the National Museum, New Delhi, the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, the National Library, Kolkata and the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Lucknow, and the post of Director in the Anthropological Survey of India, Kolkata, and the post of Librarian in the Central Reference Library, Kolkata, under the Ministry of Culture."
