का.आ. 3655(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ;भूमि में उपयोग के अध्किार का अर्जनद्ध अध्निियम, 1962 ;1962 का 50द्ध की धरा 2 के खण्ड ;कद्ध के अनुसरण में और दिनांक 11 जुलाई, 2013 की राजपत्रा अध्सिूचना सं. का.आ. 2164;अद्ध जो दिनांक 15-7-2013 की राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित हुई, के अध्क्रिमण में केन्द्रीय सरकार इसके द्वारा विशेष भूमि अधिग्रहण अध्किारी, कर्नाटक औद्योगिक क्षेत्रा विकास बोर्ड ;केआईएडीबीद्ध, बैकमपेडी, मंगलौर को मंगलौर भूमि पफॉल प्वाइंट से मंगलौर कैवर्न और इंटर-मिडिएट वाल्व स्टेशन ;आईवीएसद्ध, मंगलौर से पडूर कैवर्न, कर्नाटक राज्य के अध्किार क्षेत्रा के भीतर इंडियन स्ट्रेटेजिक पेट्रोलियम रिजर्वस लि. ;आईएसपीआरएलद्ध की पाइपलाइन के लिए अध्ग्रिहण प्रयोग के अध्किार हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अध्ीन सक्षम प्राध्किारी के कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए प्राध्कृित करती है ।
यह अध्सिूचना इसके जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी ।

S.O. 3655(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of Gazette Notification No. S.O. 2164( E ), dated 11th July, 2013 published in the Gazette of India dated 15-7-2013, the Central Government hereby authorizes Special Land Acquisition Officer, Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB), Baikampady, Mangalore to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under said Act, for Right of Use Acquisition for Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Ltd. (ISPRL) Pipelines from Mangalore Land Fall Point to Mangalore Cavern and from Intermediate Valve Station (IVS) at Mangalore to Padur Cavern, within the territory of the state of Karnataka.
This notification will be effective from the date of its
issue.
