ÉÊ´ÉÉÊvÉ +ÉÉè® xªÉÉªÉ àÉÆjÉÉãÉªÉ (ÉÊ´ÉvÉɪÉÉÒ ÉÊ´É£ÉÉMÉ) +ÉÉÊvɺÉÚSÉxÉÉ नई दिल्ली, १४ दिसम्बर, २०१३ BÉEÉ. +ÉÉ.3669 (+É).—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, १९५१ (१९५१ का ४३) की धारा ६७ के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित घोषणाएं, जिनके अंतर्गत ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों के नाम अंतर्विष्ट हैं, जो राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थानों को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुए हैं, सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती हैं :--

उत्तर प्रदेश की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए निर्वाचन ।
"निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम, १९६१ के नियम ११ के उप-नियम (१) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, १९५१ की धारा ५३ की उप-धारा (२) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि--
श्री प्रमोद कुमार ग्राम-शीतलमऊ, पोस्ट-लालगंज अझारा, जिला-प्रतापगढ़, जो भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस द्वारा खड़े किए गए हैं,
उस सदन में श्री रशीद मसूद की सदस्यता से अयोग्यता के कारण हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं ।

S.O. 3669(E).—In pursuance of Section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declarations containing the names of the candidates elected to fill the vacancies in the Council of States are published for general information:—

Election to the Council of States by the elected Members of the Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. "In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, I declare that—
Sri Pramod Kumar, Village-Sheetalmau, Post-Lalganj Ajhara,
Distt.-Pratapgarh, sponsored by Indian National Congress,
has been duly elected to fill the vacancy of Sri Rashid Masood caused in that House by reason of his disqualification from membership.
