सं. आईआर/एएमईएनडी/01/2013.—बैंकग कम्पनी ;उपक्रमों का अध्ग्रिहण एवं अंतरणद्ध अध्निियम, 1970 की धरा 19 तथा बैंकग कम्पनी;उपक्रमों का अध्ग्रिहण एवं अंतरणद्ध अध्निियम, 1980 की धरा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, देना बैंक का निदेशक मंडल भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के साथ परामर्श करने के बाद तथा केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व स्वीकृति के साथ, देना बैंक ;कर्मचारीद्ध पेंशन विनियम, 1995 में संशोध्न करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्ः—
1. ;1द्ध इन विनियमों को देना बैंक ;कर्मचारीद्ध पेंशन ;संशोध्नद्ध विनियम, 2013 कहा जाएगा ।
;2द्ध यह विनियम सरकारी राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. देना बैंक ;कर्मचारीद्ध पेंशन विनियम, 1995 के विनियम 50 के उप विनियम ;1द्ध में फ्दो वर्षय् शब्द के स्थान पर फ्एक वर्षय् शब्द स्थापित होगा ।
3. देना बैंक ;कर्मचारीद्ध पेंशन विनियम, 1995 के विनियम 50 में, उप विनियम ;6द्ध में फ्दो वर्षय् शब्द के स्थान पर फ्एक वर्षय् शब्द स्थापित होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 11th November, 2013
No. IR/AMEND/01/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 the Board of Directors of Dena Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Dena Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called Dena Bank (Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 50 of the Dena Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995 for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
3. In regulation 50 of the Dena Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, in sub-regulation (6), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
