The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules to amend the Investigation of High Quality Counterfeit Indian Currency Offences Rules, 2013, These rules may be called the Investigation of High Quality Counterfeit Indian Currency Offences (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

ºÉÉ.BÉEÉ.ÉÊxÉ.780(+É).— केंद्रीय सरकार, विधि विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिनियम, १९६७ (१९६७ का ३७) की धारा ५२ की उप-धारा (१) और उप-धारा (२) के खंड (च) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उच्च क्वालिटी कूटकृत भारतीय करेंसी के अपराधों का अन्वेषण नियम, २०१३ का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्् :-- १. (१) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उच्च क्वालिटी कूटकृत भारतीय करेंसी के अपराधों का अन्वेषण (संशोधन) नियम, २०१३ है ।

(२) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

२. उच्च क्वालिटी कूटकृत भारतीय करेंसी के अपराधों का अन्वेषण नियम, २०१३ के नियम ६ में,-

(i) हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

(ii) हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2013

G.S.R. 780(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 52 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Investigation of High Quality Counterfeit Indian Currency Offences Rules, 2013, namely:-

1(1) These rules may be called the Investigation of High Quality Counterfeit Indian Currency Offences (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Investigation of High Quality Counterfeit Indian Currency Offences Rules, 2013, in rule 6,- (i) in sub-rule (4), in the opening portion, for the words, brackets and figure "sub-rule (4)", the words, brackets and figure "sub-rule (3)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in sub-rule (6), for the words "shall take into consideration, the consideration order", the words "shall take into consideration the order" shall be substituted.
