का.आ. 3711(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ;1956 का 48द्ध की धरा 3क की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 1303;अद्ध, तारीख 21 मई, 2013, जो भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध, में तारीख 21 मई, 2013 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना की अनुसूची में,—
;iद्ध जिला फ्डिब्रुगढ़य् से संबंध्ति क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, तालुक फ्मौरनय् के सामने कॉलम ;4द्ध में, प्रविष्टि फ्;4द्ध संख्या 5 प्रार्थना पत्रा गाँवय् के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि फ्;4द्ध संख्या 5 ऐप्लिकेशन गाँवय् प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
कोई व्यक्ति, जो इस अध्सिूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितब( है, उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 3ग की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के अध्ीन, मूल अध्सिूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्रा में इस अध्सिूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

S.O. 3711(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1303(E), dated the 21st May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 21st May, 2013 namely:—
In the Schedule in the said notification ,—
(i) against serial number 1, relating to district "Dibrugarh", against taluk "Moran", under column (4), for the entry "(4) No. 5 Annual Pattaeriodic Pattalication gaon", the entry "(4) No. (5) Application Gaon", shall be substituted;
Any person interested in the land, mentioned in the said Notification may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 3C of the said Act.
