का.आ 3691(अ).Ñ क( ि*य सरकार संयु, रा- (सुर.ा प0रषद) अिधिनयम, 1947 क5 धारा 2 6ारा ूद8 श(cid:10),य9 का ूयोग करते हुए, एतद6ारा सं?या के का. आ. 2505 (अ), तार*ख 4 नवंबर, 2011 6ारा भारत के राजपऽ, असाधारण, भाग-II, खEड-3, उपखEड (ii) म( ूकािशत अूसार आदेश, 2011 के संबंध म( सुर.ा प0रषद संक(cid:25)प 1929 (2010) के कायाHIवयन म( िन(cid:31)निलJखत संशोधन करती है, अथाHतः-
1. इस आदेश का संJ.O नाम अूसार (संशोधन) आदेश, 2013 से संबंिधत सुर.ा प0रषद संक(cid:25)प 1929 (2010) का कायाHIवयन है।
यह राजपऽ म( ूकाशन क5 तार*ख को ूवृ8 होगा।

(ख) उप-पैरा (iv) म( "प0रषद अथवा सिमित 6ारा िनधाH0रत", शSद9 के बाद, "अनुसूची 5 म( यथा(cid:10)विन(cid:24)दHX" शSद तथा आंकड़े समावेिशत (cid:24)कए जाएंगे;

S.O. 3691 E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Implementation of Security Council Resolution 1929 (2010) on Non-Proliferation Order, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.2505(E), dated the 4th November 2011, namely:- 1. This Order may be called the Implementation of Security Council Resolution 1929 (2010) on Non- proliferation (Amendment) Order, 2013
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the said Order, in paragraph 2, -
(a) in sub-paragraph (iii), after the word, figures and brackets "Resolution 1737 (2006)", the words and figures "as specified in Schedule V" shall be inserted;
(b) in sub-paragraph (iv), after the words "determined by the Council or the Committee", the words and figure "as specified in Scheduled V" shall be inserted;
(c) in sub-paragraph (ix), after the words, "designated by the Security Council or by the Committee", the words and figure "as specified in Schedule V" shall be inserted. (d) after Schedule IV, the following Schedule shall be inserted, namely:-

Annex I
Individuals subject to assets freeze and travel ban
1. Azim Aghajani (aka Azim Adhajani), Member of the IRGC-Qods Force operating under the direction of Qods Force Commander, Major General Qasem Soleimani who was designated by the UN Security Council in resolution 1747(2007), facilitated a breach of paragraph 5 of resolution 1747 (2007) prohibiting the export of arms and related material from Iran. (Additional information: Nationality: Iran, Passport Number: 6620505, 9003213), in accordance with the decision of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), dated the 18th April, 2012.
2. Ali Akbar Tabatabaei (aka Sayed Akbar Tahmaesebi), Member of the IRGC Qods Force operating under the direction of Qods Force Commander, Major General Qasem Soleimani who was designated by the UN Security Council in resolution 1747 (2007); facilitated a breach of paragraph 5 of resolution 1747 (2007) prohibiting the export of arms and related material from Iran. (Additional information: Nationality: Iran; DOB: 1967), in accordance with the decision of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), dated the 18th April, 2012.

Entities subject to assets freeze
1. Behineh Trading Co.: An Iranian company that played a key role in Iran's illicit transfer of arms to West Africa and acted on behalf of the IRGC Qods Force, commanded by Major General Qasem Soleimani, designated by the UN Security Council in resolution 1747 (2007), as the shipper of the weapons consignment. (Additional information: Location: Tavakoli Building, Opposite of 15th Alley, Emam-Jomeh Street, Tehran, Iran, Telephone: 98 919 538 2305, (Website: http://www.behinehco.ir), in accordance with the decision of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), dated the 18th April, 2012.
2. SAD Import Export Company: SAD Import Export Company has assisted Parchin Chemical Industries and 7th of Tir Industries, a United Nations designated entity, in violating paragraph 5 of resolution 1747 (2007), Location: Haftom Tir Square, South Mofte Avenue, Tour Line No.3/1, Tehran, Iran. (2) PO Box 1584864813, in accordance with the decision of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), dated the 18th April, 2012.
3. Yas Air: Yas Air is the new name for Pars Air, a company that was owned by Pars Aviation Services Company, which in turn was designated by the United Nations Security Council in resolution 1747 (2007), Yas Air has assisted Pars Aviation Services Company, a United Nations designated entity, in violating paragraph 5 of resolution 1747 (2007), Location, Mehrabad International Airport, Next to Terminal No.6, Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the decision of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), dated the 18th April, 2012.
